Structure gives the blossom room.
The flower is cut into the clay and follows the vessel curve instead of appearing as a flat applied panel. Its softness is made stronger by the disciplined shoulder and stone-like spout around it.
Every proportion has a practical role: a low centre of gravity, a fitted lid, and a direct pour. The result is a teapot that feels settled before the first leaf opens.
