These are the unique marks of authentic art and living heritage, not product defects.

  • Color and Digital Accuracy: While we strive to present our product imagery under professional lighting as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or mobile screen's digital rendering will perfectly reflect the actual colors in person, the clear golden hue of our tea liquor, or the subtle earthy gradients of our unglazed purple clay.

4. Shipping, Customs, and Duties

Oriental Spirit operates a specialized dual-warehouse fulfillment network designed to optimize international transit safety and local delivery speeds:

  • Teas and Gift Sets: Proudly processed and shipped exclusively within the United States from our US fulfillment center.

  • Artisan Teawares (Jian Shui Pottery): Shipped globally directly from our specialized artisan workshops in Mainland China to minimize handling risks.

For all international shipments of artisan teawares, the purchasing customer is recognized as the importer of record. You are fully and solely responsible for ensuring absolute compliance with all local import laws and regulations of your destination country, as well as settling any applicable customs duties, clearance fees, or import taxes levied by your local authorities.
