Refund and Return Policy
At Oriental Spirit, we take great pride in the quality of our premium ancient tree teas and handcrafted Jian Shui Zitao teawares. We want you to be fully satisfied with your mindful tea journey. However, due to the nature of our products and our dual-warehouse fulfillment system, our return policy is subject to the following guidelines:
1. Tea & Consumable Products (US Orders)
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unsealed tea products.

Change of Mind: If you change your mind, you may return unopened and originally sealed tea tins within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective tea items. Returns must be shipped to our US warehouse.
2. Artisan Teawares & Jian Shui Pottery (Global Orders)
Our handcrafted teawares are carefully packaged, but they are inherently fragile.

Damaged on Arrival: If your teapot or cup arrives broken or damaged during transit, you must contact us at [Your Support Email] within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind: We accept returns of unused, undamaged teawares in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to our artisan workshop in Mainland China.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@orientalspirit1.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address (US or China, depending on the item). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Refunds processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
